In order to set up your MyChart account, we need to confirm your identity using a secure third-party verification system. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up through this process. If you are 12 to 17 years old, please contact your Atlantic Health system's doctor's office to get a MyChart activation invitation. Once verified, we’ll prompt you to create your account. Please note, a previous or scheduled visit with an Atlantic Health System doctor’s office or medical center is required to obtain an Atlantic Health MyChart account.
